Exchange and Return
Information regarding our return policy
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the buyer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions for returning goods of proper quality
- the product has not been used and has no signs of use;
- the commercial appearance, original packaging, and labels are preserved;
- a payment document (receipt or invoice) issued to the consumer together with the sold product is available.
Please note:
According to Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection'", food products, medicinal preparations and means, items of sanitary hygiene of proper quality are not subject to exchange (return).
Since our company sells medicinal plant raw materials, such goods of proper quality may not be returnable in accordance with current legislation. However, we value every client and are always ready to consider your situation individually.
Return of goods of improper quality
If product defects or packaging damages are found during transportation, you have the right to demand a replacement of the product with a similar one of proper quality or a refund. Claims regarding the quality of the product are accepted upon receipt of the product at the carrier's branch (an inspection report must be drawn up) or within 14 days if the defect was hidden and could not be detected during a standard inspection.
Return procedure
- Return Request: You can fill out the refund request form directly on our website, call our manager at the numbers listed in the "Contacts" section, or email us.
- Describe the problem: State the reason for the return, the order number, and provide photos of the product (mandatory in case of returning a product of improper quality).
- Sending the product: After agreeing with the manager, send the product back using a carrier company ("Nova Poshta" or another). In case of returning a product of improper quality, transportation costs are covered by our company. In case of returning a product of proper quality, transportation costs are paid by the buyer.
- Refund: After receiving and inspecting the product at our warehouse, the funds will be returned to your bank account within 3-7 business days.
